So many students struggle with being able to stay focused and pay attention, especially after the last couple of years. They’re re-learning how to learn in a traditional school environment and, for some, it’s been an extremely difficult transition. To better serve those students who have problems focusing, I’d like to provide alternative seating and some tools to help them keep their hands busy when the wiggles get to be too much and they're tempted to behave disruptively. I believe this will help those kiddos burn off some excess energy and keep them from distracting others with the need to move, lean back in their chairs, and get up again and again during active teaching time.
