This project aims to develop a fully functioning resource room at our school where families can come for clothing, shoes, household and personal items to ensure that their basic needs are met. Shelving and garment racks are needed to furnish the room so that the room stays organized. This project is important to me and my students because often my students' basic needs are not met. Students often go without warm winter coats, winter gear and personal hygiene items. At our school we aim to provide students with a quality education and ensure their basic needs are met.
