As the school nurse, I see our little scholars for many different things. I never know what might be making a student feel bad, so I try to prepare for it all! Whether they've hurt something, lost a tooth, or missed breakfast, I hope to make them feel better as quickly as possible. When our students are running late and don't arrive at school in time for breakfast, they'll be hungry and distracted until lunchtime. I like to always have some cereal or crackers and fruit cups on hand to feed them. We also have very limited access to our ice machine because of COVID and need individual ice packs. Finally, teeth are lost at school all the time! These little treasure chests in a Ziploc bag will keep them safe until they get home.
