This project will allow students to learn more about Thermal Energy by completing a challenge to minimize heat transfer. Then students will move onto the Weather Patterns unit and learn about how clouds form using a hands-on cloud formation model. Finally, students will end the school year learning about the effects of greenhouse gases on our planet. They will develop a deep understanding of these concepts by using the Earth and Climate change kit, which simulates the effect of carbon dioxide on shells in the ocean. Students have been remote for the past 2 years, so they have been craving these hands-on labs this year!
