The headphones will allow students to access individualized learning that meets their needs. The chairs, white boards, and dry erase markers will allow students to collaborate on projects such as making graphic organizers with partners around the room to demonstrate reading skills or share essays with partners writing specific feedback. Working with partners with flexible seating allows more students to collaborate in a comfortable setting. It also gives students choice throughout their learning experiences. Games will help students learn to problem solve and build a community in our class. Games will also help create friendships and give students a needed break when we are not able to go outside for recess due to freezing temperatures or air quality.
