As the pandemic shifts we are finding more of our students need outlets to better their mental health. Our PE program is looking at bringing yoga to more of our students. Our annual budget is $456, so getting yoga mats donated is the only way we can make yoga happen for our students. The more students who are exposed to different ways of improve their mental health the better off our school will be as a whole. Our kids need more help now than ever before and we hope that by providing yoga during PE we can make a small step towards improving all students' mental health.

About my class
