Compared to the same age range before the pandemic, Kindergarteners have lost nearly two years of "normal" social development. Not only has the pandemic taken a toll on students socially but emotionally as well. These books will help open conversations and school projects based on emotions, kindness, and communication. The games give students a chance to interact with each other, practicing social skills while learning new skills such as anger management! The toys are tools students can use in the classroom to help them when feeling low or need help to focus. All the products I am asking for will open conversations around hard topics, help children learn that it is okay to express our feelings and give them examples of a healthy way to express emotions. These skills can be used during their entire life, there is no better age to start educating social and emotional skills than Kindergarten.
