I believe in active learning. These Bouncy Bands would be a tremendous help to my students. Because it's a time when we are not able to move around the classroom as much, these Bouncy Bands would allow my students the movement they desperately need in the comfort of their own space. These Bouncy Bands will allow an opportunity for healthy movement that will get their wiggles out while helping them stay focused on their assignments. They are also proven to increase concentration, which means an increase in learning. Bouncy Bands have been proven to improve focus while moving their legs relieving anxiety, stress, and frustration.

About my class
