The posters and operation manipulatives will offer visual representations and examples of basic number concepts, building students' understanding of numbers and quantities (N-M). The rulers, paper, sheet protectors, Slinkys, gloves, and cups will be used in cross-curricular activities (science) that fulfill Nevada math standards A-CED and F-BF. The curriculum purchased will be used to help students who are not up to grade level learn the skills necessary to excel in the high school level courses. The entire list is to benefit students and their learning through this ongoing pandemic. These are students with challenging home situations that need additional support where ever educators can provide it and the Success books and sticky notes will help them see that there is more to their lives if they choose.
