As a social worker, I always talk about how stressed-out students will have a hard time learning. I think this is true for adults too. Teachers have worked through a global pandemic while dealing with their own stress and loss. I would love to honor their work and provide them with some self-care. The self-care kit will provide them with coping skill cards that they can use after the self-care training is over. We will also be utilizing the items in the self-care kit during the training.
