The addition of tablets to my class will definitely make a difference. Not all of my students have an assigned Chromebook to work on in class. This is a shortage area for my classroom. I will work on the handsets for our tablets/Chromebook my next project. Tablets are an important instrument to guide student learning on a daily basis. The reason I chose the Whisper phones was to assist students with using their inside voice in the classroom. I try to teach self notification as to when their voices are at an inappropriate inside voice level. Kindergarten students learn to quiet themselves with little assistance.
