Children learn best through play. Sadly, in our Covid world, many children have been handed an electronic device to be entertained. They no longer know how to engage in make-believe play or play with other children. I want to provide opportunities that appeal to a variety of interest for my students. I am so excited to use the library books and theme boxes from Lakeshore and expand what we are reading into the learning centers of my classroom. Providing manipulatives, art activities and science activities will allow students in my classroom to learn through play. Play is a child's work!

About my class
