Many students find studying history dry and boring, but by allowing them to explore and engage with the content by using the creative arts, history can come alive. After completing many months of digital learning, students are eager to complete hands on projects utilizing different types of mediums. I will use these resources to allow my students to create interactive history notebooks, documentary projects, and variety of other learning activities that will help them experience history rather than just read about it. The skills my students will develop by not only practicing historical thinking but by also flexing their creative muscles will serve them for a lifetime.

About my class
