Study.com will be able to help my students when I am not available. They will have access to reading materials at their lexile levels on topics that we are studying in class. They will also have access to videos, practice quizzes and experiments that use things found at home to further their growth and knowledge in science as well as their excitement. It will also allow us to remediate some learning from last year in life science using leveled readers and practice. My students truly do need more work in leveled readers where the reading in on the level where they are now but the concepts are physical science. This not only gives them more practice in reading but they are able to comprehend the concepts discussed in the reading thus strengthening their reading skills and deepening their science knowledge.
