These materials will help fill in where we do not have the equipment in our equipment room at our school-site. The current gator balls are too large to grasp with their little hands. Smaller balls are lighter, safer and developmentally appropriate. We will be using the balls and poly spots for various throwing and catching games and lessons. For example, one game called King Pin where students throw or roll a ball to knock down pins. Students will learn to step with their opposite foot forwards and develop higher level throwing skills. These poly spots, dodgeballs and bean bags will help students understand where to perform various activities in the gym in a safe and organized way.
