I am a first year teacher in a rural district and need help expanding my classroom library. Nonfiction texts that are engaging and levelled appropriately for my students will unlock a whole new opportunity for them to not only expand their love of reading, but support their developing background knowledge. The subjects presented in these book sets support several themed units of study in my class. We focus on inquiry-based and independent learning, and accessible primary sources in science and social studies are critical! Please help me engage and empower my students with these book sets they can read and explore on their own!
