Recognizing exemplar students is so important in building a good relationship with kids. Positive reinforcement is the best way to encourage a class to be great. Students will be awarded for good actions and behaviors with tickets. These tickets will be exchanged for books and prizes at the end of each week. This will encourage good citizenship and respect among students. I love seeing how passionate my students are about improving our classroom environment. They're such fabulous students and they deserve these rewards. I hope to teach my students the importance of individual accountability.
