Students love to share their knowledge with others. It's empowering to them, and engaging to their classmates. I will share some of the many ways my students can accomplish this. WIN time is What I Need Time My students use Chromebooks to research and create multimedia nonfiction reports, and at the culmination of each writing unit, students make digital books. These can be shared among their peers and more widely with family and friends outside of the classroom. Students lacking fine motor skills can be proud of the work they create. The end products are engaging and impressive. The pride these students take in the professional project they are able to create is amazing and inspiring - and just imagine where this technological know-how will take these 7 year olds as they move through school and then out into our workforce. These examples highlight how powerfully this relatively small investment makes upon our classroom!
