Research shows that making connections from audible, visual and tactile methods then processed into note taking as sketches helps people remember more. I want to teach my pre-teens how to take great notes while also doing one of their favorite things...drawing! These materials will help them to be able to create these special SketchNotes and drawings to cross over both hemispheres of the brain and into long-term memory. I can't wait for the students to take their notes home and proudly translate their SketchNotes for their families to show their learning!
