This project will help ensure my students are focusing on their own educational path on the computer. Our math and reading programs have apps that are individualized for every student and without every child having their own headphones it makes it hard to concentrate. Having their own headphones will also give every student privacy. Many students can feel embarrassed if they are heard working on lower level assignments than those around them. By having their own headphones it will also give every student a sense of ownership and responsibility to take care of their own headphones rather than use community ones.
