I am requesting a carpet, headphones, write and wipe lap boards and number lines. These materials will provide me an opportunity to enhance my students learning. I love hands on activities that allow my students an opportunity to get away from pencil and paper. My students sit on the carpet several times a day and we currently are in need of a bigger one. Most of my students have to sit on a cold floor during carpet time. My students log into the computer daily to complete assignments and assessments. They are in desperate need of headphones to help them listen to reading and math instruction. Our classroom is very interactive and the wipe and lap boards allow students to get away from pen and pencil. They are able to interact with the learning instruction my using their white boards. My students work so hard everyday in the classroom. I would love for them to being able to have the necessary materials needed to be successful in school.
