Our students reside in a Title I district and often lack access to basic needs such as laundry facilities, and access to clean clothing. As educators, and as a school counselor, we see the social insecurities that align with this. We watch students struggle to be present for their education due to the conditions they may face. We would be eternally grateful to give this to our students. It is something, I too, take for granted. Knowing that all that we face isn't guaranteed is a well known fact to our students. A washer and dryer would be so incredibly impactful for our students!

About my class
