These materials will be used to help enhance all my students experience during speech therapy. I have many kids who do not yet know how to recognize basic and age appropriate vocabulary. The use of games, pictures, and toys can help them name the pictures and game pieces. The use of games and hands on magnetic boards can also help with turn taking and pragmatic/social skills (something they have lacked during school closure/COVID). For my older children expanding utterances with the use of proper syntax and grammar is difficult. The sequence cards and sentence cards visual cues are extremely helpful for them. The cricut maker helps me create DIY projects with and for them. This would help expand their creativity and language skills through art and DIY projects and hopefully help save money in the long run.
