An AquaSprout is a aquaponic experience created with plants and fish in a tank. I hope to get an AquaSprout in order to create an ecosystem right in our classroom. This would provide a hands-on experience for students to observe and learn from their observations. Students would be able to watch the plants grow and how the fish in the tank use the nutrients from the plants to survive. Students learn best from real life experiences and I am hopeful that this helps students make deeper connections to ecosystems and their importance in our world.

About my class
