I will be able to use these items as gifts and rewards for our school PBIS system. Since I work at an alternative school, we are always looking for ways to reward our students with academic and behavioral achievement awards. Things like headphones and snacks are a huge motivator for our kids because most of them come from disadvantaged households that may not offer them the opportunity to get treats like this. This program works very well because those who may not get rewarded one week will see their friends get a special reward and it makes them strive to do better the next week. As a school of second chances, we like to celebrate all of our successes no matter how small.
