Can you imagine a classroom where you cannot discuss your learning seated at a table together? I believe collaboration is an important element in the learning process. By having a pair of headphones with microphones, I can make sure each student had the resources to protect against spreading illness while ensuring that collaboration continues. These headphones with microphones will make a difference during the 2020-2021 school year. When students can't meet safely in small groups in class, they can collaborate on Google Meet. Through the microphones with headphones students can talk, hear, and see each other face to face, and practice digital collaboration skills in the classroom. Then, if we have to go to distance learning, students will have the headphones with microphones to communicate with each other on projects from home. Without these resources, the social distancing parameters will limit students' ability to collaborate effectively with their peers. Thank you for considering this project!
