The resources that I have chosen will support the Nevada Academic Content Standards ( RF.K.1, RF.K.2, RF.K.3, K.CC.A.3, K. CC.B.4, K.CC.B.5, W.K. 1, W.K.2, W.K.3) I am requesting ELA resources such as the Learning Letters Washable Activity Book, Magnetic Alphabet Maze, and Alphabet Train floor puzzle will help my students develop alphabet knowledge. The Math resources I requested such as the Tactile Numbers, Apple Tree Counting Box, and Squeeze Scoop Ice Cream Shop will help my students develop their number sense as they practice number recognition and counting using 1 to 1 correspondence with a partner. These hands-on activities will not only help my students learn foundational skills through play but will help students practice their social skills which were also affected by the pandemic.
