This item will assist me in teaching students with disabilities during distance and hybrid instruction. During these uncertain times, we continue to pivot from one instructional model to another. This laptop will be used to keep my students engaged during the pandemic. Functional communication is a major focus for all of our non-verbal learners. This laptop will be an integral tool in helping students make choices, when used in conjunction with software designed for students with severe or profound disabilities. By funding my project, it will help all students be successful.

About my class
