Teaching art to a large variety of students, my class requires a large variety of resources and materials. My students have made great works of art with the materials we have been allowed, but I know there is always room for growth. A fellow teacher showed me the positive impact the resources from teachers pay teachers has made in her class, so I hope it can impact my classes in the same way. Every grade level on campus is learning something different in art, so it would be amazing to have access to instructional materials that would give me options to meet individual needs of most of these students. Many of our students are still not used to writing, drawing, spelling, or even communicating in school due to the recent return from the COVID virtual learning environment. Due to this, I believe having some informative worksheets and materials to help them in this transition would make the return to the classroom a smoother process for them.
