The flexible seating will allow students to keep moving as their body wants, while also staying focused in class. Individual learning needs should not be a barrier to learning. The wobbly chair allows for this to happen. A growth mindset is the key to success in a student's Social Emotional Life. The growth mindset journals will allow students to reflect daily on their choices and interactions. They will also reinforce the restorative approach in my classroom, because the focus is on building upon the mistakes, rather than putting down the student for making the mistake!

About my class
