As a school psychologist, I work with students of differing ability levels every day and need to make them feel comfortable and safe in the school setting so that I am able to get the best and most accurate performance out of them. These tools will help me to build rapport and create a safe environment where students with disabilities will thrive as I meet them at their level. It is important to access ALL of a students' abilities and not just the ones traditionally assessed in the school settings by standardized assessments. These tools will help me to help my students develop appropriate social-emotional skills as well as gain insight into their cognitive and academic skills.
