Students will be starting new literature circle books in a few weeks. When they are finished reading, I want them to create "Hanging Book Reports." In this project, students will be completing little assignments based on their books, then hang them from coat hangers with yarn. They will look like book report mobiles All students learn differently and this hands on and creative assignment will engage student learning. Students do a lot of essay writing, this will be an engaging and creative activity that can give students a chance to analyze a book, but get a break from writing essays.

About my class
