Reading is such a great escape for many students to explore new worlds as well as learn about different communities. Since we live in a time where it is hard to gather or travel to learn we can learn from words on pages. These books will help my students to connect with other cultures as well as celebrate the similarities and differences that we all share with one another. These books will not only help my students to progress in reading, listening, and speaking, but they will help my students understand the experiences of others. It will teach them how to be a community and how to use our differences to build up one another.

About my class
