These material resources will help to stimulate an attitude and enthusiasm that will motivate students in and out of school to maintain a healthy level of fitness. Obesity has been an national issue for years and now during the latter stages of the dormant lifestyle created by COVID 19 this problem has intensified. Giving students, teachers and staff the knowledge of what exercises and equipment they can use outside of the brick and mortar of a school building will help to reinforce the need for a "Fun and Fit" lifestyle.
