One thing that the Covid 19 pandemic taught me is that everyone needs to know how to used a computer. I was amazed at the lack of technology skills some of my students had. They have improved over time but I am hoping by having Chromebooks available in my classroom, students will be able to access information more quickly and improve their technology skills. The Chromebooks will be used by the students in my classes. In a school of close to 2000 students, it is sometime difficult to schedule computer time in the shared computer labs at our school. By having Chromebooks readily available, the students will have easy access to the technology they need.
