This is my FIRST Donors choose project, if I receive funding, I will use these materials to create an in-classroom ‘maker space’. Students will have access to the maker space at all times. These materials will foster opportunities for creativity and exploration. Sadly, many of my students do not have access to hands-on toys at home, this will be a new experience for them and I can’t wait to see what they build! The multi-cultural LEGO people set will help me teach and encourage inclusive relationships both within and outside of the classroom.
