The materials and supplies that I am requesting for my athletes will give our students the chance to help them learn proper weightlifting techniques. It will also enhance muscular strength, muscular endurance and body composition. These mats will help our students learn about how to stay healthy and strong while learning about health and fitness. My mission is to do what I can to educate our students on the benefits of staying healthy. Our students are facing some of the highest obesity rates in the state and giving them this opportunity to learn about strength and conditioning will give them the cognitive ability to comprehend how to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

About my class
