Long division is a challenging math concept that many fourth grade students struggle with. The purpose of this activity is to have the entire class fully engaged while learning division. The students will be "resident doctors" finishing their training to become licensed doctors. They will be "curing" their patient as they solve division problems correctly. Once they have "cured" their patient, they receive a medical certificate that shows they are now "fully licensed doctors". By donating to this project, you will make learning fun for a creative group of learners.
