My students come in gradually each morning due to transportation difficulties. This project will allow my students to practice their spelling and sight words with hands-on learning in the morning while waiting for other students to arrive. Students will choose between letter stamps, LEGOs, dot markers, playdoh and other letter manipulatives to grow their spelling vocabulary while also collaborating with each other. My students love working together and this project will give them another opportunity to in our class. I know my students will be excited as soon as they enter each morning to engage in their new centers!
