After the pandemic, my students return a litter heavier and a lot less motivated. New equipment like a scoreboard and dodgeball items will give us the opportunity to play new games and reignite students desire to participate in physical education class. Our students have always love physical activity, but being home for 18 months broke a lot of their healthy habits and created some new, unhealthy habits. We want to get our students back in shape and back in love with sports and activities. Physical education helps build students confidence as well as enhance their health and well-being.

About my class
