The population of students at my school are all risk teens that live in residential halls on campus. They need headphones so they can work on HW and virtual assignments while in a distracting environment. Something as simple as headphones will provide my students the opportunity to focus on school work that will enhance their understanding and passion for learning. COVID and virtual learning has been especially hard on my student population that suffers from learning and/or social emotional disabilities. Providing them headphones will limit the distractions in their surroundings.
