My students must keep up with the latest advancements in education, and technology to spark an interest in education. Education is changing every single day, and so are the interest of my students. Students in my classroom like to understand and create music. This club allows my students to be able to explore an interest as well as be able to understand poetry as well as song structure. We have seen students be able to express themselves in this medium when no other medium seems to work for them. Music holds their interest and passions, and we need headsets to encourage this.My students recently entered into a contest through Break Free Education called Unsung. This was a contest in which our students had to work very hard creating a song from scratch. They created a beat or music, wrote their own song, and finally performed and recorded their own song. We were so inspired by our students efforts in this contest that we would like to create a music club so that this experience does not have to end when the contest does. To do this we need your help, these students work for hours on this project and need the ability to listen to their music on a professional level. On that note we need headphones that will last and are of a professional level to make this program work.
