I will be able to screen share on my computer for those students who are at home. I will be able to show students where in their workbooks or packets that we are working on. I will also be able to show the students what they should be writing and where. The students will be able to have a visual representation, not just an audio one. The students need to be able to feel like they are in the classroom even if they can not be. These materials also will give my students in the classroom the same great resources. They will be able to see me write in real-time in their workbooks or packets. They will be able to watch resources with audio and visuals that will encourage their retention of the materials. I will be able to encourage students to use information gained from the shared research using the internet. I will also be able to model to the students how to use their research to create their writings. Participate in shared research and writing projects (e.g., read a number of books on a single topic to produce a report; record science observations). (CCSS.ELA-LITERACY.W.2.7) It will also provide a charging cart for our tech.
