In speech therapy, we are always working to expand students' vocabulary, as well as their receptive/expressive language skills. These activity boxes will be perfect for my little ones who have suffered from a lack of exposure and school time during the COVID-19 pandemic. They will love the small manipulatives that will bring these objects and concepts to life! Motivation is key to expanding language, for both students working on receptive/expressive language skills, as well as articulation. My students trust that I want the best for them and are willing to work so very hard - it's fun to reward their hard work with stickers and prizes in my treasure box. :)
