The materials that I have chosen will help build our students with disabilities learn in our innovation lab and learning center. Our innovation center helps our students learn outside of the classroom. In our innovation center these items will increase our fundamental life skills, offering students with individualized help from our paraprofessionals enhance their education. Teaching in this center will help the students engage in social awareness and help them build focus, fine motor skills, patience and correct behavior issues. These items will definitely enhance our learning environment. The goal is to provide the child an opportunity to learn in the the least restrictive environment so they can ultimately thrive to the best of their ability when transitioned into adulthood.

About my class
