Students will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in a VR experience. Students will explore historical landmarks in the Western Hemisphere including Machu Picchu, Chichen Itzá, and Iguazú Falls. They will be able to distinguish how geography affects how and where people live. Students will think critically to help distinguish what type of economies these areas have. With the pandemic limiting travel, VR Goggle technology today has allowed us to explore these areas and give us a better understanding of the geography in the area. Students are encouraged to use the apps tied to this resource at home to continue learning and exploring.
