Writing should be a wonderful experience where children can express their thoughts and forge their creativity. Covid made it difficult for sutdents to access quality materials and build a sense of community through collaborative writing projects, because much of their writing was online. The creative writing materials for this project will help my students express themselves which supports their social-emotional learning as well. This project will support a classroom community of writers! Some of the State Starndards related to this exciting project are as follows. W.4.1, W.4.2, W.4.3, L.4.3, L.4.3a
