The use of these materials will promote and help foster a sense of emotional well-being, safety, and most importantly students will be learning life long skills. Students and staff deserve an opportunity to express their feelings and emotions in a healthy and appropriate manner. Emotionally regulated students are better focused, engaged in learning, and demonstrating positive social skills. Students and adults have better work habits when experiencing less stress and anxiety. The products that are requested have multipurpose and will be utilized to promote self-awareness, decrease negative feelings, and to refocus their minds to be emotionally, academically and socially ready to conquer their day!
