These items will be used to provide a special area in the Speech Therapy room for hearing screens to be completed. It will be an appropriate space for students ranging from 3 to 18 years of age. Hearing screens are a way to catch hearing issues that may be missed by student's caregivers. Some students become worried when seeing the audiometer so a welcoming environment will ease nerves and make the space more welcoming. My table set will provide a comfortable area in my classroom to provide this service that will impact around 100 students each school year.
