Having a new rest mat will help my students rest better and be more ready to learn after rest time. We spend our morning playing and learning from 7:30am until lunch at 11am. We usually have rest time from noon until 1pm. These mats will give them better rest so that afternoons are full of more learning and play. Play is my students main job and they need their rest after busy mornings. Four year olds are curious and busy beings who learn best through play. Rest is important for them to continue learning through the day.

About my class
